Municipality Oosterhout
Oosterhout is a dynamic municipality with over 52,000 inhabitants. The town is favourably located adjacent to the A27 motorway where the high-quality Hoevestein office park (with the America tower as a beacon) and the Everdenberg business location are situated. The large-scale Weststad industrial estate, with the recent Weststad 3 expansion, is a high-profile location along the A59 motorway (Maas route) and it is readily accessed by water (Wilhelminakanaal). Various leading companies, including Jamin, Martens Beton, Hoogovens Buizen, Hitachi, Whirlpool and the distribution centre of Ikea, have already opted for Oosterhout as a home base. Furthermore, Oosterhout is a pleasant town to live in, with excellent facilities such as the Bussel cultural centre. Close by are the appealing recreation areas where residents can relax after a week’s work.
